- Passengers are not transferable.
- Personal flotation devices must be worn at all times.
- Unclaimed deposits will not be refunded two weeks past date of hire and must be collected in person.
- We exclude all liability to the extent permissible by law.
- Boats are used at hires own risk.
- Any breach of conditions will result in forfeit of deposit.
- In the case of group bookings credit card details will need to be supplied.
- Any damage caused to the boats or property of The Studley Park Boathouse caused by any of the persons hiring or involved with the persons hiring any of the boats, canoes or kayaks will be charged to the credit card supplied.
- All rowboats are to stay within visual sight of the Studley Park Boathouse at all times.
